1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Bivex Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Bivex", "we", "us"). They apply to the iOS apps that Bivex publishes on the App Store (each an "app") and replace the version dated January 2024. Section 15 adds terms for AI Video Creator - Bloom AI ("Bloom AI"), Face Swap: AI Face Editor ("Face Swap"), AI Product Video - VideoMagic ("VideoMagic"), AI Outfit Planner - FashionKit ("FashionKit"), SLYD: Carousel & Collage Maker ("SLYD"), Interior AI: AI Home Designer ("Interior AI"), Face Yoga - Face Exercises ("Face Yoga") and Revvo: AI Car Modifications ("Revvo").

By using an app, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") also applies to each app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ If these Terms conflict with it, the Standard EULA prevails.

2. Who can use the apps

You must be 18 or older to use Bloom AI or Face Swap. Section 5 explains the rules for photos of children in our other apps.

3. Accounts

Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit and SLYD work with a guest ID that our servers assign to your installation, and let you sign in with Apple, Google or your e-mail address. Revvo works with a guest ID that our servers assign and lets you sign in with your e-mail address and a one-time code. Interior AI and Face Yoga use a device ID. "Account" includes use with a guest ID or device ID.

You are responsible for what you do with your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy explains how to delete your account or data in each app and what is deleted.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. These rules cover everything you upload or type, such as photos, prompts and captions, and every result you create or try to create, including AI-generated content.

You must not upload, create, request or share:

Nudity, or sexual or sexually suggestive content, including making a real person look undressed or in underwear or swimwear ("nudify" or "undress" requests).
Non-consensual intimate imagery: intimate or sexual images or videos of a real person made or shared without their consent, including AI-generated or AI-altered ones.
Sexual or exploitative content involving minors (anyone under 18), including AI-generated content and anything that sexualises a minor.
Harassment, hate or threats, including attacks on people because of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
Violence, self-harm, extremism or illegal acts: realistic depictions of people being killed, injured or abused; promotion of self-harm or suicide; terrorist or violent extremist content; help with illegal acts.
Impersonation, deception or defamation: using results to pose as someone else, to make people believe a real person said or did something they did not (for example in scams, fake evidence or false news), or to harm someone's reputation.
Infringement of someone else's intellectual property, such as copyrights or trademarks, or of their rights over their face, image or identity.

Do not try to get around these rules or our filters, for example by rewording a prompt. Repeated or serious attempts can lead to blocking.

How we filter content. Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit and Revvo check requests automatically before they are sent for AI processing, and text filters block prohibited words in the text you type. In Bloom AI, Face Swap and VideoMagic, templates and effects that could lead to sexual content are removed from the app or refused by our servers. Some apps also run the AI model with stricter safety settings or check photos (Section 15). Filters can miss things, so please report anything that gets through. Reporting a result you did not ask for never counts against you.

5. Your photos, text and consent

Only upload photos that you own or have the right and consent to use. If a photo shows anyone other than you, you need their consent before you upload it or create results from it. If it shows a child, you must be the child's parent or guardian or have their permission. Bloom AI and Face Swap do not allow photos of anyone under 18. You are responsible for the photos and text you provide.

You keep your rights in them. You allow Bivex, and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, to process them to create and deliver the results you request. If content is reported, we also use it to review the report. We may refuse a request, or remove a result, that appears to break these Terms.

6. Reporting and enforcement

You can report content or users that break these Terms, including a photo or likeness of you used without your consent:

in the app, with the Report button in Bloom AI (version 3.1.2 and later), VideoMagic, FashionKit and Revvo (Section 15);
by e-mail, at any time and for any app, to [email protected]. Tell us the app, the content and the reason. Do not send copies of images that may be illegal.

We answer reports within 24 hours. If we confirm that content breaks Section 4, we remove it from the app, and we may block the account that created it from creating more content or end its access to the app; Section 15 says how blocking works in Bloom AI, VideoMagic, FashionKit and Revvo. We cannot remove copies that were shared outside our apps.

For other breaches of these Terms, we may remove content, refuse requests, block the account or end its access to an app. If you think we blocked your account by mistake, e-mail [email protected].

Blocking does not cancel an App Store subscription. To stop future charges, cancel it in your Apple Account settings. You can ask Apple for a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com

7. AI results

Results are generated by AI. They are synthetic, not real photos or recordings, and may be inaccurate or not look like the people in your photo. We do not guarantee any particular result.

Do not present a result as real to deceive others. When you share a realistic result that shows a real person, make clear that it was made with AI. You are responsible for how you use and share results.

8. Subscriptions, credits and refunds

Purchases. Subscriptions and credits bought in our apps are sold through the App Store and billed by Apple to your Apple Account under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends.

Renewal and cancelling. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases under its policies; Bivex cannot issue them. To request one, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund right you have under Apple's policies or the law.

Credits. Bloom AI, VideoMagic, FashionKit, Interior AI and Revvo use credits for AI requests. Section 15 explains how each app's credits work.

9. Third-party services and our content

Our apps use the third-party services listed in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply when you use them, for example Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.

The apps, including their templates and effects, belong to Bivex or its licensors. You get only the rights that the Standard EULA and these Terms give you.

10. Changes

We may change or remove features, templates and effects.

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the apps after that, the updated Terms apply.

11. Liability and Apple

The disclaimer of warranties and the limitation of liability in the Standard EULA apply to the apps and their services, except where mandatory law, including consumer law, does not allow this.

These Terms are between you and Bivex, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content and has no obligation to maintain or support them. Send questions, complaints or claims about the apps to Bivex (Section 14).

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Standard EULA is governed by the law stated in it.

If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts competent under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, or before the courts of your country of residence where the law allows, and you keep the mandatory protections of your country's law.

13. Other terms

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.

15. App-specific terms

15.1 Bloom AI

This section applies to version 3.1.2 and later. Older versions have no consent dialog or Report button; report content from them by e-mail to [email protected].

Age. You must be 18 or older to use Bloom AI, and you must not upload a photo of anyone under 18.
AI processing and consent. Bloom AI sends your photo and text to Wiro AI and its AI model partners, such as Google, to create your result. Before your first AI request, a dialog asks for your consent, asks you to confirm that you have the right to use the photo and shows our content rules. You can withdraw consent at any time in Profile > Withdraw AI data processing consent; no photo is then sent for AI processing until you agree again.
Filtering and templates. Automated filters check the text you type and the template or tool you choose, and Google's image model runs with its strictest safety setting. Our team reviews every new template before it is added.
Reporting. Report any result with its Report (flag) button on the result screen or in your Gallery. The report goes to our team; if it cannot be sent, the app opens a pre-filled e-mail instead. To report an ad, go to Profile > Report an inappropriate ad.
Blocking. Accounts that break Section 4 are blocked from creating content. Blocking does not remove your credits.
Sharing. Bloom AI has no public feed; your results appear only in your Gallery. Some screens share a link to a result, which opens until Wiro AI deletes the file, up to 3 months later; others share the file itself, and recipients keep that copy.
Credits. You can buy credit packs or subscriptions that include credits, and get free credits through Daily Reward and rewarded ads. Purchased credit packs never expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of each subscription period. Daily Reward and rewarded-ad credits do not expire. When you sign in, your guest credits move to your account. If you use Delete Account as a guest, the credits on that guest ID can no longer be used. If a request fails without a result, its credits are returned.
Deletion. Delete Account does not erase your data on our servers; to have it erased, e-mail [email protected] (Privacy Policy, Section 3.1).

15.2 Face Swap

Age. You must be 18 or older to use Face Swap, and you must not upload a photo of anyone under 18.
AI processing. When you start a swap, Face Swap sends the photos you choose and your options to Wiro AI to create it.
Filtering. Our servers check the text you type for prohibited words and check uploaded photos for nudity, without using third parties.
Result checks. Results are checked automatically before they are shown, and flagged results are hidden.
Blocking. Accounts that break Section 4 are blocked from creating content. Three refused nude photos or flagged results within 24 hours lead to an automatic 24-hour block and a review.
Reporting. Report content by e-mail to [email protected], with the Guest ID from Settings > About.
Subscription. Face Swap works only with an active subscription. It has no credits.
Deletion. See our Privacy Policy, Section 3.2.

15.3 VideoMagic

AI processing. VideoMagic sends what you submit to Wiro AI and its AI model partners, such as ByteDance, Kling AI, Google and MiniMax, to create your result.
Filtering. Automated filters check the text you type, and our servers refuse hidden effects and product models shown in underwear or swimwear. The app cannot lower the AI models' safety settings.
Reporting. Report any result in Studio with its Report button and a reason (offensive, nudity or sexual content, violence, hate or harassment, spam or other). A report removes the result from your history and goes to our team at [email protected].
Blocking. We can block signed-in accounts that break Section 4.
Photos of children. Some effects use a photo of a baby or child; Section 5 applies.
Credits. Subscription credits expire at the end of each subscription period. Credit packs never expire. Daily Reward and daily-ad credits do not expire. You can redeem promo codes in the app.

15.4 FashionKit

AI processing. FashionKit sends your photos and choices to Wiro AI for try-on and camera-angle changes; Rate My Outfit uses the Moondream AI model through Wiro AI.
Filtering. Automated filters check your Rate My Outfit questions and your try-on style text.
Underwear and swimwear. The shop hides underwear, lingerie and swimwear based on each product's category and name, and our servers refuse try-on requests for these items. Some items can slip through; tell us at [email protected].
Reporting. Report a result with Report Output in your gallery and tell us why. A report removes the result and goes to our team at [email protected].
Blocking. We can block signed-in accounts that break Section 4.
Photos of children. FashionKit has kids' and teens' sections; Section 5 applies.
Credits. Subscription and trial credits expire at the end of each period. Credit packs never expire. You can also earn credits with Daily Reward and rewarded ads. Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription are in Profile.

15.5 SLYD

No AI generation or sharing. SLYD does not generate content with AI, and your projects are not shared with other users. Report any concern to [email protected].
Subscription. SLYD Premium (weekly or yearly) unlocks premium tools, such as the video layer and unlimited slides, and removes the full-screen ads. SLYD has no credits.

15.6 Interior AI

AI processing. Interior AI uploads your photos to our cloud storage, and our backend sends them with your choices to a third-party AI model provider to create your design (Privacy Policy, Section 3.6).
Reporting. Report content from Settings > Support, which opens an e-mail to [email protected], or by writing to that address.
Subscriptions and credits. Subscriptions include credits, and subscribers can buy more. An image design uses 10 credits and a video 50. Paint and Replace Objects need a subscription.

15.7 Face Yoga

No shared content. Face Yoga offers exercise programs. Your progress photos stay on your device, and nothing you create is shared with other users.
Subscription. Weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions through the App Store. Face Yoga has no credits.
Support and links. The app's Support button opens an e-mail to [email protected], and its Privacy Policy and Terms buttons open Loop Mobile's pages. For Face Yoga, these Terms and our Privacy Policy apply; for reports, complaints and privacy requests, write to [email protected].

15.8 Revvo

AI processing. Revvo sends your car photo and a prompt built from your choices to Wiro AI and its AI model partners, such as Google and ByteDance, to create your result.
Filtering. Automated filters check the text in every request before it is sent, and our servers run only the effects in the app's catalog and the Studio editor. Google's image model runs with its strictest safety setting, and the app cannot lower the AI models' safety settings.
Reporting. Report a result in your Garage with its Report button and a reason (inappropriate content, not what you asked for, or something else). A report removes the result from your Garage and goes to our team at [email protected].
Blocking. Our filters refuse requests with prohibited words. An account with five requests refused by our filters within 24 hours cannot create images or videos or upload photos for the next 24 hours, and we can also block an account that breaks these Terms, for a set time or permanently. A block also covers the guest profiles and signed-in account linked to it. Reported results are removed from your Garage and logged for our review.
Credits. Weekly and yearly subscriptions include credits, and subscribers can buy credit packs. Subscription credits expire at the end of each subscription period. Credit packs never expire. Requests our filters refuse use no credits. If the AI model finishes a request without a result, its credits are returned automatically. When you sign in, your guest credits move to your account.
Deletion. Delete account (Garage > Settings, when signed in) does not erase your data on our servers; to have it erased, e-mail [email protected] (Privacy Policy, Section 3.8).
